I agree Pwyse. And this probably padded LeBron's stats for his era . But his stats are so far ahead that the era argument is moot IMO. What gave LeBron his stats more than anything is his overall number of games played. He's been playing a long time.

Don't look at the totals then. Look at averages.

These are regular season averages.

Michael Jordan 30.1

Rebounds Per Game
LeBron James 7.5
Michael Jordan 6.2

Assists Per Game
LeBron James 7.4

LeBron James 1.5
Michael Jordan 2.3

Blocks Per Game
LeBron James 0.7
Michael Jordan 0.8

The length of time that Lebron has played and remained dominant is all part of what makes him the best ever.......

When You are supposed to be the Leader and Best player of Your team, then that Leader can’t allow His team to Win 4 NBA Finals and loose 6 NBA Finals and be in consideration as the GOAT. Lebron James is the Best Small Forward to ever play the game but not the GOAT to ever play the game.

I dont watch basketball and dont give a rats ass about who is the greatest, but I do know that LeBron is a liberal racist BLM prick.. Today He pushed a kid aside for asking him for a picture on his way to a nightclub in Paris. What a POS…….

Except more Championships.... or more scoring titles.....or more MVP's.....or more All Defensive team awards.... or more Defensive Player of the Year awards. Or the respect of all his peers as the GOAT.....But all those other stats that go along with a 20 year career, yeah Lebron has all those.

One thing about it is every player today is compared to Jordan. No one is using Lebron as a measuring stick. He's a great player but he doesn't have that same will to win that Jordan had that allowed him to play through pain and injuries. Lebron chased stats and Jordan chased championships and both got what they placed the greatest importance on. Bronsexuals will always be Defensive because they know the truth the same as the rest of us.

I will say he is the biggest small frame forward I've ever seen. He's built like a bull.

Yea, He is more like a Hybrid Small/ Power Forward. The guy is blessed with obvious God given athletic skills that is extremely rare in a person His size. To add I can’t stand Lebron James politics and how He uses his status as an NBA player to spout off with His political views. Professional sports used to not be that way and I miss those good ole days.

That puts him in the discussion. Not so sure it gets him the label though.

I actually agree that Jordan is the goat. I'm just comparing overall stats.

Let's just boil it down to this.....if you were a coach trying to make a run at a championship, who would you rather have leading your team? Jordan in his prime, or Lebron in his prime?

I've never seen Jordan ask for his respect. He took it.
I've never seen a woman bully Michael Jordan and he subsequently asked security to throw her out.
I never saw Jordan lose in the Finals.
I've never seen Jordan only score 8 points in a Finals game.
I've also never seen Jordan get swept 1-2-3-4 in the Finals.
I've never seen Jordan lose to an inferior team in the Finals.
I never saw Jordan lay out of a Finals Game because he was sick.
I've never seen Jordan lose an Olympic game..... not once.
I've never seen Jordan flop around on the floor at the slightest hint of contact like he had been kneecapped with a .45.
I've never seen Jordan jump from team to team ring chasing and trying to build "Super Teams" with other All Stars.
.
.
.
.
I've never seen Jordan proclaim himself the GOAT. He let's his peers make that determination and 90% of them do.

That's why he's the GOAT.
