Any chance you might have accidentally had a typo in your email address? Speaking from experience here. Ordered something Thursday, realized Friday night no confirm email. Called customer service on Monday as soon as they opened and they said, "it's already out for delivery". Ever since then, I review and screenshot every order prior to paying, just in case.

It autofilled, so I don’t think so.
