I still haven’t received ANYTHING from them at all. Dunno man. Something obviously got cross threaded on your order. Their website was getting swamped last night. That sucks that you haven't heard anything.  Check junk or spam, that is where my first email showed up

Email says back ordered til Apr 27 as well It looks like when I posted this last night there was just a narrow window left. Maybe an hour or so. Who knows, maybe they'll cut you a deal on another model. For anyone that missed out, this is a decent unit. Its lower spec than the original but still a good price and shows stock. FLIR Scout III

I’ve checked it all. Nothing. I do know that I received the confirmation on their site, and it said I’d receive a confirmation email, which I haven’t. I do have a charge on my bank account though, so….🤷🏼♂️ Any chance you might have accidentally had a typo in your email address? Speaking from experience here. Ordered something Thursday, realized Friday night no confirm email. Called customer service on Monday as soon as they opened and they said, "it's already out for delivery". Ever since then, I review and screenshot every order prior to paying, just in case.

Not saying was your issue, however I've had autofill pure mess up some stuff before, put in wrong zip or city (put some of my other entries in there lol) etc

Mine is listed as “shipped” now!
I did some leg work and saw reviews of this model from 11 years ago. So maybe that sensor is relatively old technology and at end of product cycle. Regardless, excellent deal, and thanks to the OP for posting this link Heck yeah! Glad you got one. I think the early units were only 9 Hz refresh rate. Like most products, they were upgraded over the production run.
