I’ve checked it all. Nothing. I do know that I received the confirmation on their site, and it said I’d receive a confirmation email, which I haven’t. I do have a charge on my bank account though, so….🤷🏼♂️ Any chance you might have accidentally had a typo in your email address? Speaking from experience here. Ordered something Thursday, realized Friday night no confirm email. Called customer service on Monday as soon as they opened and they said, "it's already out for delivery". Ever since then, I review and screenshot every order prior to paying, just in case. It autofilled, so I don’t think so. Might wanna sign in to your account and see if there's any more info available there

Email says back ordered til Apr 27 as well It looks like when I posted this last night there was just a narrow window left. Maybe an hour or so. Who knows, maybe they'll cut you a deal on another model. For anyone that missed out, this is a decent unit. Its lower spec than the original but still a good price and shows stock. FLIR Scout IIII looked at that one , but it's hard for me to pay more for lower spec. Even though it's still a good deal Seems kinda backwards to do it that way

They actually removed the LS models from the website once they sold out. Looks like mine is arriving Monday via UPS. Very nice! Still don't have a delivery time on mine. The UPS label is live though, so hopefully early next week.

I’ve looked thru some really high dollar IR scopes and so forth. Got me looking but danged if I’m gonna throw 8K at a scope
