For sale is a Pre ‘64 Winchester Model 70 featherweight chambered in 6.5-284. Purchased from a member here a few years back and haven’t been able to use it like I thought I would. Beautiful rifle in great condition. Has a jeweled bolt. Also have 4 boxes of ammo to include. Ideally want to keep scope (Leupold VX3i) but if really interested can work out a deal for it. Asking $1175 (rifle + ammo) - located in East AL. Is that a pre 64 caliber?? I was the previous owner that sold the rifle to Ten37. It is a semi-custom built on a Pre-‘64 action. I don’t have any provenance to indicate who the ‘smith was but whoever it was did amazing work.
