Seriously, from all appearances.... this is how many if not most Democrats handle business. Look up Thomas Sowell and how the government (democrats ) destroyed the black families. The Cloward Piven strategy worked as planned. LBJ helped usher it in and the end of the black family began. You can monetize change and so they did. Drug dealers have taken full advantage of the system. Having baby mommies buying houses thru owner financing so it’s low key is good way ton launder profits. Lots of baby mommas and housing pretty much funded by the taxpayers.

Alabama no longer has common law marriage.
What does it take for a man and woman to be married in God’s eyes?
Basically, a man and woman can live together and be husband and wife, although the State of Alabama doesn’t recognize the marriage. Not a bad idea for the man, he protects his assets. The woman can apply for all kinds of government benefits.
