I get both sides of it. I think what JW is saying is that everyone tried to screw the government on taxes. Maybe not to the degree that these people are, but to some degree. Businesses do it all the time. Finding a way to label this company as this so they they don't have to pay taxes on something. If you are a married business owner, and you put the company in your wife's name so that you can get certain contracts only available to minority owned business, that a little shady, but not I wouldn't say it is fraud. I have a buddy that hates people abusing the welfare system, but when the federal relief funny comes down the channels he's the first one to make his business somehow qualify for it. Even though his businesses do perfectly fine.

I wouldn't blame the people that play the game. Blame the game.
