I’m sure there are lots of POS people who do this. Lots of folks working just as hard as me and you who do it to survive, and youre calling them a pos because they get what they can back from our theiving govt just like you and everyone else does. If youve been 100% straight up and honest every time you go to the tax office, then keep talking but if youve ever used one loophole to get out of paying the theiving govt what you owe them, youre the same pos you just called these people. Everybody gets what they can but some bellyache and call names because theyre jealous that other fella is getting a little more. Loopholes are ethical and legal, as that’s what they were put in tax code for. Scamming the system to get assistance is completely unethical. If you can’t afford to have kids, don’t have them. If you need government assistance to live, I’m all for that. Scamming the system just to get extra money out of it is wrong on all accounts.

Our system is wrong because this would work.
No marriage. Man works Woman stays home with kids and does not work. Does not file for any sort of child support from the father. Woman then files for every state, fed benefit for her & the kids. She would make more doing this than the dif between paying child care and working. Couple lives like they are married.
------------- Can the man put the kids on his insurance? Can the man also claim the kids on his income tax?
There are probably several scamming methods than I don't know.
Actually there are many steps above this that nets hundreds of thousands per year in support. “Woman” is deemed and unfit mother, grandparents become legal guardians, and DO NOT ADOPT because if they do they loose many benefits.

Lying, cheating, scamming, having kids out of wedlock (AKA not getting married so they can draw my tax dollars)? If you can’t afford it then you don’t need it. It’s called being a Moocher. So JW are you supporting fraud? Sin? Theft is theft. If as you say they are working just as hard as you and me and still can’t make it then they are living the Facebook dreams and instant gratification and their lives will eventually crash. We the working people are having to pay for all of these people over living their means. I’m with Catcus , Globe and SouthBamaSlayer on this. People used to be embarrassed by being on government assistance but not anymore.

The longer the world goes - the dumber and more crooked it gets. I would rather be naive to most of this
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

We the working people are having to pay for all of these people over living their means. I’m with Catcus , Globe and SouthBamaSlayer on this. People used to be embarrassed by being on government assistance but not anymore. My post pretty much said how i feel about it. How exactly is it fraud but if you go into the tax office and report yoir weekly paycheck but dont report your sode hustle money, thats not fraud? You go sell a load of scrapiron, you dont report it, thats fraud? You mow some yards for cash and dont report it, thats fraud? What about if your 16yo son mows some yards and dont report it, is that fraud? I reckon we report every gu we sell, dont we? Well, if you dont, thats fraud, right? But where is the fraud or illegal activity in a man and woman living together out of wedlock? And if theyre not married, where is the fraud if the woman gets whatever benefits are available. Explain to me how that is illegal or fraud. Now if you want to get into what the bible says about it, it would be sin just like that good buzz 2/3 of this sites members has right now. I did not say i agreed qith any of it. I said everyone gets all they can out of the govt. That is a fact. And every time somebody sees another fella getting more than him, that other guy is wrong for it. And if were gona talk about ethics and morals we should atleast mention all the laws that have been changed so our politicians can steal from us legally. Surely thats worth a mention. But that dont get talked about. What gets talked about is the poor folks just barely getting by. Now, if they dont work, they dont eat, thats bible. But if theyre working every day and exploiting every possible angle they can to come out better with our crooked govt, theyre no different than the giy living in the $500000 subdivision house or the suits making the laws to stick it to us. Everybody gets all they can and complains about what the other guy gets

Most states that dole out assistance for children will require or pursue support from the noncustodial parent. It isn’t optional.
To the point of the post, though, if the state isn’t providing benefits for the children the scheme can work. And one that happens, occasionally, is the father buys a house and puts it in the section 8 program, and magically through the “system” his child’s mother becomes his tenant (and off the books, he moves in with her into his own rental house). So the housing is being paid for by the government, which pays his mortgage, so they all live for a huge discount (utilities only, basically).
That happens. Yup. Then they go a step further. The husband lives in the Sec 8 house, and cash rents his old house to the other baby momma who pays for that with the EBT discount. What eventually happens with these inter-laced government scams is that entire weird hybrid economies develop. When Katrina happened, the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans showed this. Numerous lines for different hand-outs were created by the different federal, state, and local agencies.Churches and Charities got in the mix, and still to this day Katrina easy work jobs were made available. As soon as the different lines appeared they quickly figured out how to play one line off the other.

JWalker for someone who is on here spouting off continually about religion , your posts on this thread tell me you are totally full of crap, like most who continually bring up religion. Fraud is fraud and if you are not reporting income , no matter how you try to justify it , your a scum bag mooching off my tax dollar. I believe that they take WAY too much of my money. It’s taxed at every turn. I try to hold on to it as much as I can. I don’t fault the next guy for doing the same. It’s legal robbery. The tea got dumped in the harbor for MUCH less.

Buddy, i didnt say i agreed with it, i said it isnt illegal and everybody gets what they can, yes you too. And i even quoted a little bible and ill remind you again, that buzz is a sin just like what you are calling stealing. Youve twisted my words so you can cut me down. Thats what democrats do. Now go back and read what i really said and come back with a response that isnt a lie.

You mean the government has incentives to keep people from making a committed family?!? No surprises there!
Seriously, from all appearances.... this is how many if not most Democrats handle business.
