Our system is wrong because this would work.

Woman stays home with kids and does not work. Does not file for any sort of child support from the father.
Woman then files for every state, fed benefit for her & the kids. She would make more doing this than the dif between paying child care and working.
Couple lives like they are married.

Can the man also claim the kids on his income tax?
There are probably several scamming methods than I don't know.
Actually there are many steps above this that nets hundreds of thousands per year in support.
“Woman” is deemed and unfit mother, grandparents become legal guardians, and DO NOT ADOPT because if they do they loose many benefits.
