Ok I am also offering hunting club lease insurance. Looking for hunting lease insurance for a hunting club? Just fill out the information and quote and bind. Quote, pay and bind at:

https://www.huntleasebind.com/hunting-lease-application/?agency=Michael-Warren

This is smart coverage for hunters and hunt clubs. Breckenridge Insurance’ Hunting lease program delivers comprehensive coverage at competitive rates from an AM Best A rated Carrier and includes:

$1M per occurrence $2MM aggregate
No deductible
Fire damage liability $100000
Medical Expenses $5000
Liability from ATVs and treestands for hunting
Additional Insureds are included in the premium.

NOTE. This is a master policy that, for example, runs 8/1/2024-8/01/2025. Be careful if you sign up today you would need a new policy starting 8/1. Basically $200 under $2000 acres. There is also a policy fee and 3% surplus lines tax additional cost. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks in advance for your business.

This is also duplicated under Business Insurance pinned at the top of the General forum.

What about liability insurance for those that lease to hunting clubs?

Will this cover leased property and property that club members own?

That’s not what this is. This is not for owners who lease to clubs. That’s different coverage. I would have to check if I have a market for that. Possibly.

This is liability insurance for hunting leases not property insurance. Not for owned property. Only leased is eligible . That’s one of the questions on application which is disqualifying if you own the property.

I am offering hunting club lease insurance in FL and AL. Looking for hunting lease insurance for a hunting club or private lease? Just fill out the information and quote and bind. Quote, pay and bind at:

There’s a calculator on the application that shows rate and fees. Non admitted policy through Hudson. It’s $200 under 2000 acres. 2000 and up is 10 cents additional per acre. For example, If you buy a master policy 8/1/2024-8/1/2025 for 460 acres then pick up a tract in that policy period for 300 (still under 2000 acres) you tell the agent and I send information to underwriting so they can add it for that same amount. But it is a master policy so typically runs 8/1-8/1 meaning if you buy today it will only go to 8/1 before new master policy starts requiring new payment.
