Alabama depends on a pretty high percentage of federal funds. Alabama tends to have RINOs because they’re going to do as they’re told to keep getting those funds. Where exactly do the feds get those funds? So, using your logic, we the people should be getting whatever we want, correct? Seeing as how we the people supply all the money, via taxes. So, at what point do we the people quit sending the feds the money they are using to screw us over every chance they get? I know, its a very novel idea.

After Mike Hubbard, Bentley, and their buddies did their crap, not the least of which was gut the State Mental Health system, a friend of mine, who was a Social Worker for DHR, and my job as a police officer were made exponentially harder by their stupidity, she said to me one day, "I'm a National Republican, and a State Democrat". While I'm not willing to go that far, I certainly understood where she was coming from.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I only made a statement about why Alabama politicians do what the establishment Republicans and Democrats tell them, I didn’t set it up or justify it. Look up the numbers, most states take more federal money in than they pay out with Alabama being more of a taker. Great idea on your logic on not paying federal income tax. Not a bad idea, but you go first.
