What about is this gun worth? I have a few S&W revolvers but don't really know much about them. I acquired this one in a trade. I probably won't shoot it much, but I thought it was purdy and it worked into my downsizing plans b/c I traded for a scoped bolt action rifle!!

1976 S&W 19-3 4" Nickel P&R 3T .357. I knew the P&R was pinned and recessed, but had to look up what that meant. Didn't know what 3T was, had to look that up too(target trigger, target hammer and target grips) but couldn't really tell if it made it more desirable or not. Are these the factory sights?

Wooowee! She’s purty.

I’ve got a 19-3 myself but it needs some factory grips. Where do you guys recommend to find some nice factory grips?

Check with Lynn @ USA G&G. They found me a set of Performance Center Pro grips for a 3in Model 60 @ half the price as other sources.

I can't tell by the pic but I don't think it is a 3T gun. Target stocks yes but the hammer and trigger look like standard configuration. Now that doesn't mean it's a deal breaker,
cause it is 1 beautiful K frame gun. Not much of a turn line on the cylinder, which indicates not much use.at all. What's it worth? Nickle 19's are art work, pay accordingly. If you ever see a new 19 with the bead blast finish and Hillary Hole and 2 pc barrel, and black rubber grips, you will see what I mean. S&W took a gorgeous revolver and turned it into just another butt ugly gun. I would be hard pressed to find another on as nice as yours.

Hammer (have to see trigger from front) looks like a standard semi and not a Target to me. Doesn't change what i told Hal imo

The trigger and hammer are pretty wide I think I gather that was one of the differences? Either way that wasn’t the appeal of it really just something I didn’t even know about before. If he had told me it was a zombie trigger it would have been worth way more!!

I'm not disparaging the gun, it is a beautiful specimen. The condition trumps any differences in options.

Definitely didn’t take it that way, I asked for info and opinion and you have done that and I appreciate it.
