Yesterday forecast at 3:00pm: heavy rain in my area until 9 pm, rain stops at 3:30pm
Todays forcast at 12:30pm: rain and flooding from 3-9 pm rains lightly from 1 til 4pm
Couple weeks ago they called for rain all day and it never rained.
I do not understand how they can miss the timing of storms so often and sometimes completely. I think that predicting the weather is a lot like predicting what women are going to do. Have you ever tried that?
