20% question? 20% is forecasted a lot……Is the % 20 of the area their station is covering? Will get 20% where you are? 20% of the 24 hour period. The80% chance was right it did rain 80% of the area no. 80% of Wednesday no. no rain since 5:30 am. Tough job to have forecasting something that affects so many people’s lives.
