I know that Marsh has already started in lower LA and BearBranch seems to do year-round gardening. But when is everyone else putting them in the ground?
I've had the seeds going for a few weeks and they are hardened and ready to go in the ground (tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, zucchini). We'll buy our pepper plants (bells, gypsy, banana, jalapeno, and habanero) and eggplants from either Lowe's or our local farmers co-op Saturday morning.
We don't have a big garden - four raised beds that are 10'x4' and a few large pots, but everything is going in the ground this Saturday.

Probably this Month. Maybe in the next week or two.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Haven’t planted yet, fill like I should have, but time is hard to come by. I think I’m ok, I’ll plant this next week. If I get it in the ground this week I feel like it will be fine. Just wish I could get ahead, always feel like I’m behind.

Gonna plant probably Wednesday just before a little rain is supposed to come. Will plant Silver Queen Corn, running green beans, squash,Butterpeas and Purple Hull Peas. Will wait until the end of the first week in May for Okra and Tomato plants. Tried Okra and Tomatoes in April and they just don't do very well. Heck mine wouldn’t produce a single tomato before burning up if I planted them in May.
