I've only made 4 orders in 3 years and have received 3 shipping mistakes. The latest.... ordered a 300 Blackout upper, pistol gas system. Got a carbine gas instead. Talked to the nice lady and got a return label and the correct item shipped. I should mention that she said she was going to have them check to be sure what happened and that my replacement would be correct. The replacement upper takes 2 weeks to arrive. Guess what?!.... It's a carbine gas system in 5.56! Damn fine screwballs they got there. I'm done.

I've had mixed results with them. Most of the bad experiences I've had were "in stock" items were not in stock, causing them to take way longer to receive them than expected. well it takes time to drop ship a scope from Temu.

If you're going to buy optics online, buy from Eurooptic or Cameraland NY. Those are undoubtedly the best you can do business with.

If you're going to buy optics online, buy from Eurooptic or Cameraland NY. Those are undoubtedly the best you can do business with. Add Sport Optics into that mix. That said....I've never had a problem with Optics Planet...or their sister company Dvor.

I never got the Speer bullets I ordered from them. After two years they returned my money. This is why I don't do optics planet anymore. I had a bad experience or 2 with them on late shipping dates but nothing like this. But this is not and abnormal complaint. I didn't listen to the majority when I used Pacific tool and gauge and ended up regretting it. I've not had issues with Europtic, or Red Hawk. So I pretty much stick with them on internet optics.
