This is a JC Higgins Model 20. If you know anything about these guns it’s really a High Standard K-120. It’s got a 2-3/4” 12ga chamber. Barrel has been cut and threaded for Rem-Chokes. Has a sumtoy base that will accept a FF3 or Vortex Venom. It’s been cerakoted in a color that was supposed to be sniper grey but isn’t.
