I just did mine through a silencer shop kiosk. You can go to silencer shop website (not the app)login to your account and go to your order to see your status. If they are waiting on you for something then it will show, but I got an email every step of the way when something was required from me. The final step required me to go into the local dealer to complete, but I think some can do over the phone, either way I got an email from silencer shop telling me to contact the local dealer. Now just waiting for one that says ready to pick up. Should look like this.
