Can't imagine how much it cost to build this place, not to mention the maintenance and utilities. Amazes me every time I'm here. Even has a waterpark now...

One tip for the poor folks is to park at opry mills mall but not in a pay to park spot then just walk in like you own the place and you probably will make it without them asking for a parking receipt. Then stay at the comfort inn when you leave and save $200+.

Nice place to walk through but I don’t care to stay there. Rooms are way too small and overpriced. Restaurants are so-so at best. I prefer to stay downtown around Bridgestone Arena.

We've only ever been to the one here in Nashville. My mom and older siblings were here the first year, I believe it was, that they had it in the mid to late 80s.

We usually stay there around Christmas time. Beautiful place but very pricey.

We love it. The stats are unreal….especially how much power and water it take daily to run the place. Hard to believe it was full of water during flood a few years back.

Opryland was great but then they tore it down for a mall that floods. Piss on Gaylord they ruined a great local attraction to create an eye sore.

Only time I was there, 2 hours to check in and a turd in the toilet.

Killed the mood.

My understanding it's the largest hotel in the country that doesn't contain a casino.

Nice place to visit, but don't care if I ever go back. Now, when I get grandchildren and they host the ice sculpture thing of the dinosaur show, it may be different. That is why I went the other times, on grandpa's dime. My kids loved it. All the silly stuff, even the boat ride in the hotel. Fun times. Enjoy them while they are young. It is true they grow up fast.

We still enjoy reminding my big, tough son of him freaking out while eating at the Rainforest Cafe when the monkeys howled.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

We make that trek annually also. Parking is usually the pits, but we enjoy it every year.
