NYC is like a lot of people I know, especially girls from high school. They, like NYC, have such a high opinion of themselves that no one wants to deal with them and they are too vain to see why so they are left at home on Saturday night.

If asked why a business should go to NYC, a Chamber of Commerce answer would be "Because we're NYC" ignoring the crime, taxes, and now gov't overreach that can kill a business.

I was watching some Mark Levin vids on you tube last night and he said 91 charges and counting is meant to do one thing ...get Trump at all cost...Trump must be imprisoned....the dems have been after him for over eight years now.....how much more can they pile on him... its' the only way to secure a totalitarian marxist socialist govt he says in certain words... all of these charges are frivolous and no one in congress, the justice dept, and all the courts in the land will do a damn thing to put a stop to this insanity.... not one of em..... none of em...

I have a second cousin who lives in NY and whom I don't claim anymore ever since she went woke and all that other kind of insanity she supports from the radical left. She was a conservative until her husband , family on his side and friends on his side started on her. She constantly badgers her folks about it so the lefties in her circle will treat her like she's one of them... when I ask them have they heard from her lately.. her folks say what daughter ... we don't have a daughter....

I thought this was the very reason for the 8th amendment to the constitution; certainly seems like "excessive fines" to me.

I think NYC discovered that it was going to cost them financially to have the Trump properties, and politically by the layoffs that would follow due to not being able to afford to help the property up and running.
