One of the first and main differences between a criminal and a terrorist is that criminals commit their act with the intentions and hope of getting away. Terrorists commit their acts with no concern over whether they get away or not. This is a general statement and not always true in either case. They were soldiers on a mission, plain and simple. Multiple clean single shot kills, mass casualties and destruction achieved, pre-planned attack, execution, and exit strategy. The last part didn't work. In my opinion, this looks like a distraction play but with the Russians deception often goes several layers deep. If they had a well thought out escape plan then the likelihood of them being Muslim Terrorists has gone down.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
