That ain’t a rafter but I think you’ve got it fixed. What would that 2x4 that I fixed be considered? I’m not a framer or engineer, rafter was my assumption Hard to tell in that pic , if it's old school stick built it's part of the wind beam bracing. If it's trusses it's part of the web. Either way , you got it . Looks like that board had a knot or some imperfection midway of the split.
