The State dropped the ball years ago by allowing high fencing to happen. How could they have stopped it? Legally I mean. I don’t know about you but I don’t want the government telling me I can’t put a fence around my property. You can fence your property all you want. However, when you take ownership of something that belongs to the public, that’s an issue.
