Ok Ladies and Gents Today is day 10 on carnivore and this is what Ive experienced in 3 days since my first update On and off headache from detoxing and started having diarrhea the afternoon of day 7 and still have it as of last night My energy level has definitely increased and my pain levels have decreased My weight seems to be dropping faster than expected as Ive went from 199 on day 7 to 195 on day 10 Overall my mental clarity is much better but my tolerance level is way down and I get aggravated easily but then this is a part of detoxing I hope to have my Total Gym in place this coming week so I can start on my workout regimen again I'm not doing this for weight loss though I know this will happen My goal is to reset my immune system and slowly incorporate veggies into my diet as I try to figure out what are the triggers for this autoimmune disease I deal with if there are any triggers This may seem a bit extreme to some but not to me and I'm going to fight this thing and win..(theres no such thing as victory without a fight) Too many steroids and steroid creams and ointments over the years and the third different diagnosis is what started this whole thing Are you adding electrolytes to your daily regimen? LMNT is one of the brands I have, but it does have 1 net carb per serving and ReLyte (by the maker of Redmond's Real Salt) is the other. The LMNT mixes better in my experience. Both come in different flavors and either single stick packs or by container with a scoop inside. They should help with the "keto flu" effects of detoxing from all the carbs. https://drinklmnt.com/collections/salthttps://redmond.life/collections/re...HHw581TymN418zFFOIITrBQo7ZUaAkGaEALw_wcB

Today begins day 14 First morning in a week that I woke without a headache Things seem to be easier now with no cravings or withdrawal symptoms My body is using everything I’m eating Bathroom trips are regular with more urination than pooping On average over the last 3 days I’m losing .5lbs a day and am at 193.5 lbs this morning My Total Gym is set up and started using it yesterday with just a few reps on each exercise I have a bad habit with “bull in a china shop” mentality and wind up overdoing it and am sore to the point that any exercise hurts for days Starting off slow with this and build up to my regular workout routine that I haven’t done since November I do take supplements but then I always have It seems my body now is more receptive to them I’ll continue to post every 3 full days

The weight loss will probably slow down over the next few weeks. And if you want to stop losing weight, increase your fat content.

Today begins day 19 Not any easier at this point and not any harder Finding that red meat gives me diarrhea while chicken fish pork is ok…an allergy maybe ? This never happened before My strength and stamina have returned but I have to be cautious with this because I’ve already hurt myself and have been paying for the past two days Went up .5 lbs to 194 and holding steady over the past few days My sense of smell and tast seems to be enhanced now Everything pertaining to food smells amazing and the flavor of meat is different but better…makes me look forward to day 30 when I incorporate greens into my diet I’ll report on the autoimmune disorders in the next few days….you’ll be amazed

How are you cooking the red meat? Always medium on steak and everything else is medwell Are you cooking it in butter or bacon fat or something like that? Some people it takes a little while for their digestive system to adjust to a high fat diet. I thought that might be what is giving you the diarrhea.

It’s really not torture but when you get used to it you see what you were doing before you started was actually torturing yourself The detox your body goes through says alot about how you’ve been eating
