june 1, 24 will be 2 years for me. i’m cooking 2 ribeyes right now that is my rations for the day
good luck !!! Not sure what the "mud butt" is but if its a common occurrence I'll be watching for it I can say my stools have turned black and my stomach doesnt have any bloat at all A lot of folks go through a phase where they do some epic pooping with the carnivore diet
