Well….at least I’m not the only one stumped by this thing.
Found in a shed today at my great grandparents house. Trying to decide if it goes to burn pile or a museum.

It's a press of some sort, you push what you're pressing down inside with that round piece laying on top. The long handle works the press. I think.
