Do you have a disc too? I bought a tiller several years ago to replace a disc I broke and am fixing to go buy a new disc. Unless your fields are very clean tillers are a pain, especially with grasses or vines, and I don’t like the way they pulverize the soil. I have a disc. Been using a 5 footer with about a 30 horse tractor. Not very heavy and seems to take forever. That’s why I was thinking about a tiller. Although, Ive been thinking of buying a tractor, a bigger one. If I do that, a heavier disc to go with the larger tractor may be better/faster than a tiller. 🤷♂️ For the current size tractor you have, a tiller will be as quick or quicker than a disc. A disc that size requires multiple passes to get a field ready, with a tiller you can make 1 slow pass and be done.
