Burbank, I failed to make it clear in my post ... Not sure if you know anything about a tornado that went right across 280 in Birmingham around Eagles Point and Highland Lakes about 2.5 years ago ... thats why the Atlas guy was at my neighbors house... we had damage as well... But insurance claimed that it was just an old roof and needed replacing ... The roof had broken shingles and you could see that they had lifted. Insurance didn't want to do anything and this roofer new that they were wrong. YOU must be in the insurance business? I do, and yes…that changes things. I thought you were saying the roof was just old. I don’t work in the homeowners/personal auto space. I used to years ago.
