Help you wake up on time too.

Never understood why folks would eat that on purpose

My grandmother and grandfather ate grape nut cereal every morning. Neither of them had a tooth in their head. I can still hear the crunching. Never understood how they did it? I had healthy teeth and it was like eating a bowl of rocks.

We noticed a huge change in our oldest when his mom decided to work vs stay home. Home cooked meal vs cereal for breakfast.

Cheerios and fresh blueberries start every work day for me. If it's an off day maybe couple pieces Wright brand bacon and eggs

I like the taste of Raisin Bran Crunch but it gives me so much gas, I could launch the shuttle.

Just keep in mind that the founder of Kellogg invented cereal flakes as a food which would prevent young men from masturbating. Then they added sugar to it, and soon after we had prohibition and women got the right to vote.

I like to take the Raisin Bran pour some of it into a shoe box top, tilt the top toward me and then use a credit card to scrape it up to the top letting all the raisins roll to the bottom, throw all the raisins away and then eat the flakes with some whole milk.

You know you can buy just Bran without Raisins.
