I'm with Frankie, I never eat cereal for breakfast. But will occasionally eat a bowl at night for my sweet tooth. This is what i do with Cereal for a late night snack. Cereal is full of poison. Me and my kid quit eating that artificially flavored corn years ago.
He should be advertising the ingredients instead 😬 LOL......Like most foods or anything else it depends a lot on what kind you eat and how much of most anything you eat or drink.
