He only did home games this year, Chris Stewart had to pick up the road games and post season. I’m willing to bet they offered to let him “retire” on his own terms and he refused. I’d be very surprised if there was zero discussion beforehand. Sounds plausible. Changing the play by play announcer when changing coaches is pretty common at both AU and UAT.
