Heard a bunch of great things about them. Some friends of mine I work with swear by them. I shoot rages now and again have recovered every animal I have shot and hit with it. I saw the grim reapers on tv a few days ago but am deciding between probably these three heads. So many choices and so little time. I really like the idea of the ram cats ability to cut on the way out if you don't get a complete pass through( I shoot a good many hogs). The only thing I have read on them negative is the little Allen screws coming out sometimes that holds the blades, but they were few and far between on the reports I read. Also from the friends at work said your arrows may need to be a tad longer than normal for clearance on the riser but I have not seen there set up or anything of that nature. They said the blades can hit the riser.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

My phone screen does not always work right, usually a lot of misspelled words....

the blades coming out were last years model. if you are able to confirm the 2012 model you should be fine.

In gonna bump this because I want to know if anyone on here has shot a deer with them. If so what kind of damage, pass through/penetration, how did the blades hold up and how did they fly/tuning issues??

I have shot them the past 2 years. No problems with flight, got pass through on all deer except 1, I hit 1 in shoulder and it lodge in opposite shoulder but I did recover the deer and was able to re-use the head. I just re sharpened the blades. They do come back past the end of the arrow so you might need longer arrow depending on setup and riser, etc...

got some yesterday and shot them. hitting slightly to the right at 30. shaved two of the vanes off one arrow like an idiot. broke two blades - one in each head when I tried ( like an idiot) to see if they flew the same. moved the rest and they fly great. won't fit in my quiver though and thats a bummer cause I really like the quiver.
