Ive had a litte taco babit going about a year and a half now, steak and chorizo. Man theyre good. My wife and i go out to eat lunch 2-3 times a week. Usually tacos. Got my bloodwork back today. I reckon tacos make your cholesterol go up, who would have thought it? So, today i traded tacos for a brisk 1.5mi walk with my wife at lunch. I feel like i got tge short end of the stick on this trade.

trade the steak/chorizo for chicken, trade the flour tortilla for a corn tortilla and get them like traditional street tacos instead of a bunch of cheese and sour cream, and they're a little healthier

Chips and cheese are the problem with Esse food.

The rest is fairly healthy.

I just turned 61. Seems like breathing affects my blood work these days. Hard to eat healthy enough. I am making the change but it's not overnight. Hang in there jwalker77. You can do it.

Eat the tacos and walk 3 miles after work.

Some supplements that help , fish oil, red yeast rice, CO-Q10, flax seed. There's a few others.

Drop everything but meat cheese and eggs. Just drink water and black coffee.

I'm kinda thinking he could walk 12 miles per day and it wouldn't be a drop in a bucket next to the exercise he gets from earning a living. I've done just enough of it to know that it takes a pretty fit individual to even think about starting up a big water oak. It would kill me now before I got my ropes set.

I can tell you how to enjoy your tacos and still keep your cholesterol and BP in check. Once a day take a small medicine cup of Apple cider vinegar (with mother) Google it……..It is absolutely amazing how it really works. Ive done it for 20 years and despite never eating right or exercising, my blood work stays in the normal range. Now the bad news, it’s like drinking battery acid. I just chug it fast and chase it with some type of fruit juice. Ive told many people that that have tried this, most cant take it and dont stay with it. the ones that stay on it sees the same result.

I tried it 3yrs ago. I cant stand the taste of it. Its repulsive to me. I do have some natural meds coming. Maybe they will help
