It is Trumps own fault. He was already found guilty in a previous trial and E, Jean Carroll was awarded $5m. All he had to do was #1 File an appeal and #2 Keep his mouth shut. He failed #2 and now has a additional $83.3 judgement against him. You would think this lawyer(s) would tell him to see what happened to Rudy Giuliani as to what a jury is capable of. He has every right to defend himself. Imagine is an adult accused you have being chester the molester. You go to trial and the child can't remember when, where or details of anything except it happened on a bed in Alabama. The jury rules for the plaintiff and you have to pay $5m dollars. The media is interviewing you and you say you have never met this person and boys are not your type. The whole world is calling you Pedophile Pete. You are desperate to clear your name. You get sued again for defamation and you get to answer three questions the Judge approved for you to the jury as your defense.
