We all know Diaper Joe ain't calling the shots. The DC establishment that is calling them is a corrupt cabal of self proclaimed "elites" that are egotistical and out of touch with the everyday American. These people wipe their a$$ with the constitution every day and are quite capable of any absurdity to maintain their status.
