17 feels like 5 in Walker co. You would think the deer would have to move in this weather or freeze You would think so, I was in the woods earlier in the week in monroe county when the temps were down in the teens and all the ice around, but didn't see any movement on tuesday or weds morning, I saw a few does in the afternoon.....

Had a buck on camera at 5:45 this morning. I’m in the SH with the heater I’m in a shooting house with a busted heater. Pilot would light but heater won’t come on. I can hear something rattling around inside there. Something must have busted loose on the ride in. It was in a duffle bag in back of SXS and took 1 too many bounces I guess. 🤬

Smoked two yotes about 0740. Got the second on the run at 230 yards.
Seem one small buck looking for love since then.
Yote killing made it worth getting up this am.

Finally…..some deer killing weather in AL. Just sitting here waiting on the day to dawn. Nah 50° and sunny is the best deer killing weather., it's what they are used to imo

Saw a spike this morning. Wind chill was 9-10. Feet got so cold and hands - left after 2 hours. This evening should b awesome here - get around 34 by dark. My best deer was travelling road at 6:20 am today and been on cam lot last few days

Just got settled in about 30' up a pine tree...gonna be rough if this wind doesn't ease up a little. I ain't mad at them don't wreckon. Haven't been in 2 years but do keep an eye out back. Saw one way out yesterday and hoped he didn't get any closer. Too cold to fool with him
