Something tells me you never owned a 74hunnerd ‘Ought-Six with see thru scope mounts and a 3-9x Widefield…. A fella could shoot a gnat off a tick dick at 1250yds in gale force winds with that setup and some 150gr CoreLokts Had that same set up except I had a a Tasco World Class scope on mine. If a tick farted anywhere around that rifle it got knocked off zero because of those see through mounts. Finally ditched them and went to Leupold mounts. I used to shoot the 150gr Remington Bronze Tips out of mine. Think it shot just under 3” MOA at 100 yards. 😆
