Guys,

I'm sorry that I have not checked in lately. Just been super busy this year with life, work, and trying to hunt a little.

Hunting...been my worst year in a long time. Got lots of hours in but haven't seen anything at all worthy of pulling the trigger on.

Can't even locate a doe big enough to shoot and I have 3 different properties that I hunt.

Things finally changed this afternoon somewhat for the better. Was able to kill a 9 point here at my own farm this afternoon. By far, just an average buck but was glad to kill the first one of the year for me.

Would not have shot him on my other two properties but I have a sad deal here at my place. It's either shoot or my neighbor kills every one I let walk. You all know the type situation.
