4lb chuck roast with a packet of brown gravy mix, salt, pepper, carrots, onions and sweet potatoes in the crockpot.
Inside tip, sweet potatoes are the bomb!
That’s whats for supper.
Gonna have the chili later in the week.

We are doing a red wine braised beef bourgeon stew and I have a loaf of homemade bread rising by the fire place. I cubed up the most well marbled chuck roast you have ever seen just about an hour ago. It looked like Kobe beef. It should melt in your mouth, so really looking forward to dinner tonight.
