Well my Honda rancher started pouring gas from bottom of the carb bowl yesterday afternoon. I picked up a rebuild kit today at the Honda place this morning. Unfortunately Mrs. Bamaeyedoc only got 24 hours of relief from the steroid shot and was struggling today so instead of hunting I hung around the house keeping an eye on her. Watched a YouTube video and even though it took most of the afternoon I actually rebuilt the carburetor!! And….it worked!! No more leak and it idles like a kitten!!
I thought it was gonna be a huge job that I would not be able to do but it really wasn’t that bad. Old dog still learning new tricks!

Man is supposed to explore strange new worlds and boldly go where no man has gone before 😁 Congrats on the fix Nothing like looking back at a job you just finished and getting that feeling of accomplishment and a job well done
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself The older I get the better I used to be

Great job! The occasional success is what keeps us an amateur mechanics going.

Whether people think they can,or can't, they're usually correct. Good job doc. Want a shot at getting a broken eze out, out?
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
