Milroe spent more time in the pocket than nearly all college QB's (if not all, can't find the stat now. He was second most late in the season). Hard to blame the offensive line for not passing more. They can't protect him forever.

He is ok but his mental processing isn't good enough to be an elite QB or a high quality game manager type QB. He just made up for most of his mistakes and that is a double edge sword in and of itself.
