Pretty sure wardens are federal aren’t they? Know a guy in MS got pulled over for excessively speeding and got a DUI from a warden..
They're state , same power no less no more than . They can give tickets just like a state trooper
Pretty sure a state trooper can't just come walking on your property looking for stuff, but a game warden can. Idk what any of them can and can't legally do, but isn't a game warden allowed to search and seize stuff other law enforcement can't.?
