Just for deer - Iowa. Unless things have changed. I think Jim Ward (whitetail academy guy) picked Iowa specifically for a reason. It’s been a minute since I’ve spoken with Jim - but I believe he had figured out how to kill 3 bucks as an Iowa resident. I forget the details and maybe it was just two bucks - but I remember he did a lot of research and picked Iowa for a reason. When I was there you could harvest two bucks. I did the urban deer hunt and could earn a buck tag. That’s a way to get 3 10-4. I want to say he talked about COE land along river bottoms as some sort of bonus deal as well.
