You gotta be kidding! Seriously? I wouldn’t move somewhere just for the deer hunting. That’s a month and a half a year. After season, you’re still in KANSAS!

Be like marrying a woman cause you like her parents and brother and you’d enjoy spending holidays with them.

Kansas was great, unfortunately the quality of deer is not what it used to be as the land and lease prices are going through the roof

Southern Iowa. Unbeatable deer hunting as a resident, and then I can hop over the line to North, Missouri, Western, Illinois or into Nebraska for more great deer hunting.

I drove out to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone this summer and We drove through a large part of Kansas up I-35 from Oklahoma and onto I-70 going West into Colorado. It is America’s Breadbasket- Farm country but to take up residence there just to deer hunt would be a tough task for someone who grew up in South Alabama. I would love to hunt there full time but the boredom most of the year would probably be brutal.
