It is good to see it does not take much for an Auburn football fan to hold onto hope but in reality the Auburn football program is mired in mediocrity. The school across the state is a True Blueblood in College football but keep on keeping up the hope that Your program will one day become a Blueblood of College Football.

Proof is in the pudding with results on the field. Lay off that Auburn pipe stuffed with grass from The Plains. What meaningful bowl has Auburn played in in the last few seasons? How many National Championship games has Your cross state rival played in, in just the last 5 seasons and won?

It would take a fool not to see that. Freeze is a terrific recruiter. Unlike others we have had, he can actually coach. Remember, Saban begged the SEC to be able to hire him.

I am just ruffling Your feathers, Burbank. I know that Coach Freeze is a good coach and He will no doubt make the rivalry between Bama and Auburn football better and more competitive. Freeze and Saban are really good friends and go on family vacations together.

That’s the great problem Auburn fans have. Their greatest coaches in their football programs history- Shug Jordan and Pat Dye accomplishments fall so short of what Bama’s greatest coaches- Bear Bryant and Nick Saban that they are not in the same Galaxy in football accomplishments that their really is No comparison and not worth even talking about. Auburn football fans want to make theirselves believe otherwise.

Yes sir TDog, Auburn football signed a better class than they have in last several years. The problem Auburn has is that Georgia and Alabama recruit at an Elite level and have for many years and are continuing to recruit at an Elite level. I know Y’all feel better over at Auburn with direction of football program and recruiting but Ya’ll have the Himalaya’s waiting ahead to climb to get to where Alabama and Georgia are and Alabama has been there in conversation for 15 years now and running.
