Shouldn't be required on private property. no it shouldn't the law doesn't even make sense to begin with. I kinda understand public land. But I can walk through public or private land without orange, but if I have a gun I'm more at risk of being shot so I need orange? I'm not saying people shouldn't wear orange. I'm saying the law is stupid. Has nothing to do with safety. Its so you can be spotted easily by the possum police. If it were about safety, everyone would have to wear it. The safety thing is apllied to assure compliance, then a fine if you dont.
