Just like sheep/lamb. It depends on the breed of the goat and how it was fed. We buy show goats from the kids at school sometimes and it’s about as fine as you can get. No way I’d eat a yard goat that is still connected to his low hanging bells!! They got to taste just like they smell.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.
