Jackson or Jefferson or some other early American said (something similar or I may have just dreamed this up) that as long as we have room we will keep our freedoms. Once we become stacked on top of each other, like in England, we will lose our freedom. Alt of areas are stacking people on top of each other and owning land is becoming an unreachable dream. Those who pay little to no taxes will consistently vote to raise taxes on those who do.
