Anyone ever made their own. I’m talking like Louisiana not what the old folks call pepper sauce with peppers in just vinegar. I got me a dehydrator and have about a gallon zip lock of dried Trinidad scorpion and a gallon mix of Carolina reaper and ghost peppers, and about a half gallon of habenero and Serrano and cayanne each. I’m wanting to give it a shot. I know I will have to get some type of grinder for it.

Got a buddy who eats them things raw and he dehydrated a bunch of them and ground them down in a shaker and he thought he was having a heart attack first time he used it.

If you are going to grind them - be very careful with the powder and DO IT OUTSIDE.
I haven't ever ground "EXCEPTIONALLY HOT" peppers, but have read a lot about protecting yourself and others in your household during the grind. The powder will be a significant irritant to your lungs, eyes, and skin.

I put some green Cayenne pepper in a food processor one time. I thought the govt had shot Mustard Gas into my house

This, that same buddy I mentioned above did his in his kitchen and his wife stayed at a hotel for a week until he cleared the house out.

It's been a few years but I made my own out of 100% trinidad scorpions peppers. I ground about 300 fresh peppers into a mash, bottled it with an air lock and let it ferment. Once done fermenting, I strained and bottled it. Gave away a few to friends and family. Hot was an understatement, lol.

Ooooohhhh that's cruel - I'm pretty sure we aren't related and I don't want to be your friend
