Two of the armadillos and three squirrels in the last week. I've just started keeping a .22 or shotgun on the front and back porch all day. Having a gun handy makes a difference.

They've been insane around here. I've never seen this many before. My brother has killed 25 in the past couple months and we just had another one destroy the yard last night...

It's Raccoons in the Pecans above the house for me. Got 2 so far in a week. Several years back my Son and I killed 7 in one night. Haven't had a problem since then but for whatever reason they have started once more.

Keeping the dillos, coons and possums thinned out at the house is a never ending battle.
Roadkills right about keeping a gun or 3 handy, I’ve stopped counting how many I’ve shot or trapped in the past couple years.

Same here. I bet we killed 50+ a year in our pasture and hay fields when I was a kid. Hardly see them now. I wonder if we put a dent in them that good

Same for me and I can't even remember the last time I saw one.

Whatever you do don't grab one by the tail cause they'll tear your ass up, don't ask how I know

They are a boom and boost species. Right now we are in boom times in Wilcox County. They are everywhere. I see 3 at a time in places.

Or run up and kick them thinking you can make them roll up in a ball!

I've got at least one tearing up my yard. Been thinking about the least obtrusive way to kill one in a neighborhood. I'm thinking just a single 20 gauge blast and get it over with.
